When ___________ passed I was just totally devastated and overwhelmed with grief. I felt like the rug had just been pulled out from under me. Having you there by my side to help me figure out what needed to be done, and to assist me with making phone calls to arrange the service and reception was an incredibly generous act of true friendship. Because of your help and comforting advice, on the day of the funeral I felt more mentally and emotionally prepared to greet the large number of guests that came to pay their respects.
